Starting August 26, 2024, students can purchase a replacement card or get in-person assistance at the MacCard counter in the Campus Store. Students who have the old McMaster ID card will need to submit a new photo, if they have not done so already, before requesting a replacement. A piece of government issued photo ID and a fee of $30.00 will be required for all replacement cards. The replacement fee is payable via your MacCard. If you do not yet have funds deposited to your Retail Operations balance, you can top up your account online.

Please note, replacement cards are no longer available at MacExpress or the Office of the Registrar.
