Add money to your Retail Operations or Flex balances.

Understanding your balances

RETAIL OPERATIONS balance:

  • Use this balance to pay for food, merchandise, and services at any participating MacCard partner
  • Top up online or in person at MacExpress

Account Holders

You can easily add value to your account using your Visa or Mastercard debit or credit card. Sign into the account management page online using your MacID and password and follow the prompts.

Top Up Your Account

Supporters

If you have family, friends, or supporters that wish to add money to your MacCard account, they can easily do so online. They can use a credit card or Visa/MasterCard debit to add money. They’ll need your student number and the first three letters of your legal first name. The following video is a step-by-step tutorial.
